We do accept returns when we are notified within 7 days of your receiving the package that you wish to return it. Full refunds will be sent as long as the item is unopened and sent back in its’ original packaging. We do not offer return of shipping charges to send the item back to us. If your item was damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. If possible, we would prefer photographic images sent via email to show said damage. In some cases we may ask you to send the damaged item back to us and we will refund your return shipping charges. We will offer a replacement if we have the item in stock or a full refund of purchase price will be offered.

PLEASE let us know if you do not hear from us by email within a reasonable time after your purchase, please call us or send another email. We want you to get the item you paid for!

Out of Stock Items :

If we have had an error in our inventory count listing, we will send you a full refund VIA method of payment within 3 business days and you will be notified through email and method payment message service.

Sorry, we do not carry or handle back order processing. We do not offer a printable order form. We will substitute products only upon customer request.
